"I have had a lot of progress with grandpa with his physical abilities of being able to get around, getting out, he is a lot more positive and he's just doing wonderful overall. After George's surgery, I requested ComForCare to have caregivers come in and take care of Grandpa from 12 to 6 every day. I am extremely happy that I did because ComForCare has done an amazing job with my grandfather. I'm sure i will meet you sooner that later. I have had a wonderful experience working with ComForCare and whenever I have had any issues, they have been taken care of promptly, which I fully appreciate. -- James Y.
"Thank you Juliana. You've been great working around all the different schedules. We will miss all of you when we get Mom moved." -- Claudia S.
"...I also wanted to let you know how very, very grateful they are for the loving and good care you gave Bob and Bess and their family. They have told Baywood residents, staff and family members, as well as members of their church, so you may be getting referrals related to them. As their daughter is a hospice nurse in southern California, she has experience with many caregivers at the end of a person's life, so her very high praise should also mean a lot. Annette and I are so thankful to know we can refer you with confidence to our residents and families in need. We also really appreciate your cooperation and communication with us, so we are assured if someone is not under hospice and is needing increasing care, we can work with the resident and family to assure that they secure the increased services they need." -- Barbara B.
"Thank you so much for your excellent health talk today to Baywood residents on "Causes and Prevention of Falls". The full room and attentive audience were testimony to the interest and concern of residents regarding falls. You conveyed a lot of very important information in a very clear and personal way and clearly know and understand the topic and its importance. You created a safe and relaxed atmosphere that encouraged people to share their own hints and experiences. Since people were listening with great attention, the minimal questions attests to how thoroughly your covered your subject. Please also thank Susy for joining us and Juliana for her excellent communications in helping set up today. We're glad you brought information about ComForCare and trust that attendees left with a very positive impression of your agency that will encourage them to consider you for appropriate needs. We also really appreciated your thoughtful gift bags! You have taken very good care of our residents in the past. We enjoyed getting to know you better, we are glad to have you as trusted professional colleagues, and look forward to a continued positive relationship. We hope that you are comfortable referring to Baywood, as well. We also look forward to your return to talk about other topics of interest." -- Barbara C., MSW, LCSW, Resident Services Manager
"My family was very pleased by the professional level of caring my brother received. I, as a practicing physician, was highly impressed by Loris. She exhibited extreme caring, intelligence and kindness to my brother. I would recommend her to anyone requiring excellent Senior Services." -- Eugene, M.D.
"You are all so nice and helpful! And the caregivers are friendly, caring and very capable! You certainly have an excellent operation! Thank you." -- Ellen E.
"Recently my mother fell and broker her wrist. This happened on a Saturday and my mother was discharged from the hospital at 2:00 pm. I was given a list of in home services, but was told it would be difficult finding services at 2:00 pm on a Saturday. I called ComForCare, explained my circumstances and was told there would be an assistant with my mother by 4:00 pm. They arrived on time and provided exactly what my mother needed. Not only did ComForCare provide excellent service for my mother and me, they were life saviors!" -- T. Coy
"Thank you so much, I really didn't expect such quick service. It's nice that you answer the phone; that you make things happen "immediately" and that you actually roll up your sleeves and work along with your staff. I am glad there still is a "personal touch" out there. It does not go upappreciated or unnoticed. Thanks again." -- Liz L.
