ComForCare receptionists and administrative assistants manage telephone and reception duties, organize and maintain documents, and maintain office supply inventories. They are also responsible for processing application materials for field staff and data entry.

Our Administrative Coordinators are responsible for coordinating client schedules and staffing cases. Responsibilities include responding to customer requests in an efficient and professional manner, taking action to make changes if necessary. Administrative coordinators are also responsible for briefing new employees on client care plans for initial visits. Administrative coordinator applicants should be quick learners that are able to communicate effectively and courteously.
Marketing and Community Liaisons
Marketing and Community Liaisons play a key role in achieving a company’s growth. Sales efforts in the senior care field emphasize establishing and nurturing a meaningful and productive relationship with referral sources. This position involves a lot of one-on-one interaction with potential referral sources such as local medical facilities, nursing homes, doctor’s offices, long-term care insurance agents, and social workers.
