“I love the fact that we are able to provide solutions for our families.”
This Is Important Work
When a family comes to us, they are often so overwhelmed. Something may have changed rather quickly with their parents, or maybe they are just trying to understand their options. We pride ourselves on being flexible enough to meet the needs of our clients and their families remarkably quick. And, at the end of the day, I love that we are able to help people who already have so much on their plates.
To us, this is incredibly important work. We recognize we are taking their lives into our hands. We become an extension of the family. Because of this, I make myself available at all times. I think it is incredibly important to be accessible and live within the business.
What Makes Us Different
We are fortunate enough to also staff an independent living facility, and this opportunity allows us to train our caregivers more than many other agencies. We are able to train our caregivers with hands-on orientations where we watch how they work and interact with clients. After their orientation, our caregivers teach back everything they have learned to our registered nurse. We do all of this training before we place any of our caregivers in our clients’ homes. Through our extensive training, we know that you are getting the highest quality care.
