At ComForCare Grand Rapids, our philosophy is “Treat clients and employees like family.” This philosophy is the essence of our business and how we make decisions here.
We promise all clients and employees:
- Treat you like family—We promise to treat you or your loved one with the same care & respect that we would treat our own mother, father, grandmother, or grandfather.
- We won’t send a caregiver to take care of your relative that we wouldn’t send to take care of one of our parents.
- Be Responsive—If you ever need anything, call our office at (616) 285-7000. We answer our phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. After hours, weekends, and holidays, we forward our phones to one of the owners, Bill or Michael. If you get our voicemail, we return the call within minutes, not hours. We promise to listen to you and your family members and to respond to your requests and concerns as quickly as possible.
- Personal Introductions--Whenever possible and practical, an owner or manager will be on-hand to personally introduce you the first time a caregiver works a shift with you.
