For patients with physical restrictions or confined to a bed and require 24/7 care, ComForCare Home Care nurses can administer medications, perform personal care, and provide respite to family members. Many clients live with at least one chronic disease, such as congestive heart failure, COPD, or diabetes. Our nurses help patients manage these conditions in the comforts of their home.

Our team of specially-trained nurses offer services including:
  • Nursing assessments
  • Medication set-ups
  • Wound care
  • IV therapy
  • Care coordination
  • Internal feedings
  • Feeding tube maintenance
  • Colostomy care
  • Trach/vent care
We also offer education on several aspects of home care, such as maintaining a healthy heart on a daily basis and using nutritional supplements. Education also covers the management of chronic conditions like diabetes, Crohn's disease, and diverticulosis.

Personalized Care Plans

ComForCare takes a client-centered approach to home care. A registered nurse and other ComForCare staff members meet with every single client in their homes prior to beginning home care services.

The registered nurse evaluates the home and the patient’s condition and makes recommendations for care that are used by staff to create a personalized home care plan. A caregiver or several caregivers are then carefully selected based on personality similarities and expected compatibility and a care plan is crafted.

The ComForCare Difference

The ComForCare approach to home care is what makes the company stand out among home care services. ComForCare has strict caregiver hiring standards and devotes effort to staying up to date with the newest caregiving techniques and breakthroughs in condition management.
