Our caregivers at ComForCare Austin are available for as little as a few hours a week to up to 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We are happy to have each of these caring individuals as part of home care family:
Brad Massey - Co-Owner and Administrator
While the office was founded in 2006, Brad and Mary purchased the agency in 2014. Brad spent 20 years in the corporate world followed by 10 years consulting with Fortune 500 firms. Brad currently lives in western Travis County, Texas. He has three adult children, one grandson and two labradors. His experience in providing a safe environment for Mary's mom, who suffered from vascular dementia, was the catalyst that drove him to establish a high-quality, reliable home care agency. When asked what makes ComForCare different than other agencies, he said, "The face of our business is the caregiver employee. We know we have it right when our clients feel safe and happy when our team member walks through the door."
Mary Massey - Co-Owner, Alternate Administrator and Caregiver Manager
Mary was homemaker and preschool teacher before joining the family business. Mary became a full-time family caretaker after her mother's dementia progressed. Mary learned first-hand the toll that being a full-time live-in caregiver takes on the family member. She works with families and employees to ensure that the ComForCare service model is providing the best possible care for our clients.
Gina Brookshire - Scheduling Coordinator

Sue Anderson - Office Manager
Sue began working at ComForCare Austin as our Office Manager in 2013. Prior to working at ComForCare Austin, she worked as a Preschool Director for over 20 years. She has a degree in Early Education. She enjoys working at ComForCare because her experience with our home care agency allowed her to realized what necessity this type of company is and what an integral part it plays in helping clients to be able to stay in their homes as well as the sense of relief that is offered to family members in knowing that their loved ones are being cared for. She currently works part-time for ComForCare and has taken on the role of a full-time family caregiver to her mother, who is currently living with dementia. She decided to take on the role after her time at ComForCare allowed her to see how older adults can benefit from being able to stay in their homes. The experience and knowledge she gained through the training that is offered to our caregivers as well as getting to know the clients and their needs has helped her on this new journey. Although she is not in the office full-time, she says that ComForCare Austin will always be a very important part of her life.
