Meet the Owner, Ray Neff – Dedicated Advocate for Seniors and Quality Care
Ray Neff is deeply passionate about supporting older adults and fostering meaningful connections that enhance their well-being. As a resident of Plymouth Harbor in Sarasota, Florida, he has a firsthand understanding of the unique needs of seniors and is committed to ensuring they receive the compassionate, high-quality care they deserve.
With a distinguished career in business and leadership, Ray brings a strategic and service-oriented approach to home care. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Accounting and a Master’s in Actuarial Science from the University of Michigan. His professional experience includes serving as CEO of an insurance company for 13 years, Chairman of a bank board for 12 years, and a member of the Gulf Coast CEO group for companies with $4 million in revenue. Additionally, Ray has dedicated time to mentoring through Junior Achievement and has been appointed by two governors to lead public programs aimed at strengthening communities.
Ray’s decision to open a home care agency stems from his lifelong dedication to public service and his personal experience caring for his wife with dementia. He and his team share a mission-driven approach—recognizing that older adults often know what they want but can also benefit from guidance and personalized support. Through health coaching and compassionate care, Ray ensures that every client has the opportunity to live their best life possible with dignity and independence.
For Ray, home care is not just a business—it’s a personal commitment. His philosophy is rooted in honor, respect, and passion for older adults. He believes in working alongside seniors, empowering them to make informed decisions while providing the assistance they need to thrive. His ultimate goal is to positively impact every client and family he serves, ensuring they feel valued, heard, and supported at every step.
Ray lives by a simple but powerful mantra:
"I will sleep well knowing I am making an impact on older adults and providing a quality service they can count on."
Outside of work, Ray enjoys staying active, playing Bridge, and spending time with family and friends. He continues to embrace every opportunity to give back, recognizing that caring for others is not just a responsibility, but a privilege.
