Our Journey 

From our own health battles, we discovered the power of education and the importance of never feeling alone. After careers in aviation and automotive, we turned our focus to caregiving, using our expertise to make a difference in the lives of older adults. Just like the Tin Man, we care with all our hearts! 

The Impact We Strive For 

We aim to break down barriers and remove stigma around aging and caregiving. Our goal is a world where everyone—like the Scarecrow—feels smart, valued, and equipped to live their “Best Life Possible”. We help families, clients, and caregivers grow stronger together through education and empathy.
