John Ikirt, President & Owner
John is passionate about healthcare and has spent thirty-five years putting the needs and well-being of the people he serves first. Prior to owning ComForCare Home Care, he served in management and executive positions with Johnson & Johnson and proudly served as a US Army Intelligence officer. John grew up in the Miami Valley and is a long-term resident. He and his wife, Kim, have two daughters, Delaney and Makaley. John is a Certified Dementia Practitioner and Certified Dementia Trainer. He earned his BS and MA from Ohio University and an MBA from the University of Tennessee.
Michele Palazzolo, CNA, Operations Manager
Michele has extensive clerical, medical office, and home care experience. She is a Certified Nursing Assistant and has found her passion to be helping people maintain their independence while remaining in their home. Her compassion for the well-being of our clients and eagerness to ensure quality care is provided makes her one of the cornerstones of our team. I;ts through Michele’s efforts that ComForCare is rated one of the Top Ten Agencies in the United States in terms of customer and employee satisfaction.
Erica Russell, Human Resource
Erika is a devoted member of the ComForCare team, whose main objective is to ensure the care needs of our clients. Erika has seventeen years’ experience in the healthcare field working with the elderly community. She is dementia wise certified. Erika leads our dementia training program, providing our caregivers with the knowledge needed to ensure we meet the care needs of each client. Erika is also an Ordained Minister. She is a dedicated mother to two children Kenneth and Brayleigh.
Krissi Williams, Scheduling Manager
Krissi is the mother of three beautiful children and enjoys spending time interacting and managing their very hectic schedules. This is probably why she enjoys and is so good at being the Scheduling Manager for ComForCare. Krissi is responsible for assessing and determining the needs of ComForCare's clients. She then matches the personalities and abilities of the aides and clients to ensure that not only are the needs of the clients are met, but personalities are matched to suit both. She strives to ensure that all of ComForCare's clients and aides develop a lasting relationship of respect and the best care possible is provided.
