In the initial visit, the registered nurse evaluates the home for safety as well as the potential client’s condition to make recommendations for the care plan. The ComForCare team carefully selects a caregiver or caregivers based on personality similarities and expected compatibility, and the care plan and schedule are crafted. The family and the client and the ComForCare staff become a team to move forward with the best care plan possible.
