Meet the Owners of ComForCare Home Care in Lower Bucks County, PA

Daniel and Louis Surkin form the father-son team that leads the Lower Bucks County chapter of ComForCare. Both father and son believe strongly in providing the service and assistance people in need require. Client advocacy is in their DNA. Though from two different generations, the family duo has a unified vision for helping people. "We believe we make an enormous difference in the lives of our clients and their families."

Daniel’s Motivation for Home Care

My mom passed away three years ago. Before passing, she was on hospice for eight weeks. This difficult time could have been incredibly painful. The caregivers from our location took care of my mom, and I can't imagine what it would have been like without their help.

I explain that to every potential client — I want you to know I’m going to send the same loving, caring people to take care of your loved one, just like the people I sent to take care of my mom. We hire caregivers for their smiles and hearts, that is the most important - knowing that they care. Then we teach them everything they need to know to provide the best service. 

Now, I want to pay it forward: I want to give back to people. Owning this ComForCare location allows me to do that. I believe we make an enormous difference in the lives of our clients and their families. Being able to help other people is why I work in home care service, and why we do what we do.
