My Passion

My wife’s family has personally experienced caring for a relative, and while it comes with tremendous satisfaction, I have also seen how it can lead to burnout from time to time and feelings of isolation. Our goal is to provide a solution that allows families to access our services providing both respite care (more temporary in nature) and 24 hour, around the clock care. I want families to know that when engaging in our services our team will care for their loved one like family with safety and comfort being at the forefront of everything we strive to offer.

Giving back to my community is something I’m personally driven by, and there is no greater honor than supporting older adults that have given so much. We quickly realized that there aren’t a lot of community resources to choose from in our area, and we wanted to bridge that gap by offering home care as an integral service allowing our elders to safely age in place. Most people prefer the comfort of their own home, and in order to achieve that, elders need access to resources our home care agency can provide. We are here to work right alongside our clients and their families in all stages of their journey with us.  

Experience 

Previously, I managed an IT global team for 15 years in various Multinational Corporations belonging to Finance, Consulting, and Engineering. That experience taught me that in order for any one person to be successful, you can’t do it alone and you need to have the right team to work together for the best possible outcome. This easily translates into my current role as owner/operator as I alone cannot help my clients’ conditions improve. Together, with my amazing team of caregivers, a nurse and an office manager, we are able to support our clients as they live their best lives possible. 

What You Can Expect 

We take a very customizable approach, knowing that not all clients’ needs are the same. Our care starts with a nurse assessment, followed up by caregivers that I will personally introduce to my clients. Our goal is to make sure clients feel fully supported by the entire team, since caregivers and clients have the freedom to be creative as they work towards desired health and social related goals. We want our clients to feel supported while experiencing the tremendous impact of having a caregiver who cares like family, right by their side.

• Bachelor of Technology from National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar, India
• Masters of Science in Engineering Management from Robert Morris University, Moon Township, PA, USA
• DementiaWise office certified
