Sharonda Perry - TX
“Passionate navy veteran who applies service mentality to others”
My passion for this business (Why)
I started a home care business because my grandmother was diagnosed with dementia and my family didn't think to have professional help. Without training or the right strategy we quickly experienced burnout. I wish I would have known that home care was an available option and I look forward to supporting families and older adults in their home so they can feel like they have a partner in care.
Experience
I served in the US Navy for 21 years. It taught me that everyone matters. To always support my brothers and sisters. This is one of the most valuable lessons I bring to my agency. This is the approach I take toward my clients and team. I honor my clients by customizing their care and matching them with caregivers who care for them like family. This is the most fulfilling role for me."
What you can expect
Routine check-ins and oversight will ensure that the goals for care are being met and that we can see progress that is best for our clients. Our personalized approach will help families and clients see a positive impact in wellbeing. “Making a difference to improve daily living is a passion of mine for those who trust in my care.”
I look forward to speaking with you.
